Thirty years after being officially disowned, tonal spelling is alive and well in Taiwan.

This is a perfectly-spelled example. The tone letters are marked in red hollow letters.
Another perfectly-spelled example of Gwoyeu Romatzyh: an optometrist's shop:
This sign was very hard to photograph because of the junk obscuring the sign, but I did my best (other angles are worse).
